Brief
Design a Center of Creative Arts & Practices within Wellington at Shelly Bay. The campus will host and meet the educational needs of a variety of creative disciplines. This campus will be a creative hub to the wider Wellington Region – with an ability to reach all members of the public as well as students and educators. Beginning with research into wider context and structural load requirements of the area, the assignment follows the development of a concept reaching a resolution of architectural form, architectural planning and structural layout
